Make Payments Online Without Credit Cards

4 comments:
One very popular way of purchasing online is through Paypal. If you are a type of people who can't avail credit cards, or a type of guy who doesn't trust and afraid of credit card hacking, or someone who hates typing your personal information again and again on each and every purchase, you may want to use your debit card.
Go to Paypal, and create for new account. You choose which account type you prefer: Personal, Premiere or Business. After creating your paypal account, you have to verify it with a credit card or debit card. Since you do not want to use a credit card, you have to use debit card. I would recommend the BDO debit card/atm card. For new accounts with BDO, you will need at least 2000 pesos and two valid IDs - 2000 pesos is not a big amount of money compared to a credit card that you need supporting papers and documents. When you have your card, you have to use it to verify your Paypal account. An amount of about 90 pesos will be trnsfered from your debit card to you Paypal account. That money is still yours.
Now that you have your Paypal account, you can now make purchases online with security and avoid typing your personal information again and again in each and every purchased.

Paypal Account Encounters Problem

No comments:

I created a Paypal account for my client. But when I tried to log-in, I can't access it. I am now in trouble. Luckily, those Paypal guys helped me out. Here is the scenario. I posted this thinking that others might had same problem with mine. I edited some information to protect the rights of the company involved. These inquiry is through email.

Arteo Pilar: I need some details regarding these. "That bank account is already assigned to another PayPal account. For security purposes, each bank account may only be  assigned to one PayPal account. Please use a different bank account."
I  don't remeber registering before.  I can't link the account. How do I confirm it, please?'

Paypal: Thank you for contacting PayPal. Your security is our priority, so we don’t allow bank accounts to be registered to more than one PayPal account. If you received a message saying that your bank account is already linked to a PayPal account, it’s likely that this is a PayPal account you no longer use, or perhaps another authorized user (spouse, family member) has your bank account linked to their PayPal account.

If you think you may have an older PayPal account, we encourage you to  try to regain access to it. Need assistance remembering your log-in? Just click the "Forgot your email address or password?" link. Once  you’ve gained access to your original account, you may consider closing  your newer PayPal account, and using that original account. Just be sure to update your personal information in your “original” PayPal account such as email address, phone numbers, street address and financial details. Just click the “Profile” link under the My Account tab.

Arteo Pilar: Hi, I really can't remember having an old Paypal account. How did it happen? Can you call the contact person on the  old account and confirm them their Paypal account? Can you send me instruction how to track it down.

Paypal:  Thank  you  for  contacting  PayPal. I  sincerely  apologize  for  the  inconvenience  this  has  caused you.

Security  is  our  top  priority  that  is  why  we  do  not  have a  way  to reveal specific  information  of  the  account  of  another  PayPal user.  I  regret telling  you  that  I  will  not  be  able  to  respond  in  your request  to check someone  else  who  is  using  your  bank.

As  what  our  system  confirmed,  the  bank  account  you  are trying  to  use might  be  registered  to  another  or  inactive  account.  You will  be  able to confirm  the  person  who  might  be  using  the  account  by going  to  the “Forget  our  Password"  page.

I'll  be  glad  to  hear  from  you  if  you  need  clarification. Just  give  us a call  and  we  will  try  our  best  to  give  you  immediate answers.  Thank  you for  choosing  PayPal  for  your  online  payment  needs.  We appreciate  your business.

Arteo Pilar: Look:  Here  is  what happened.

I  made  a  registration  in  Paypal  using paypal@hotelpilipinas.com.

But  i  guess  I  had  skipped  the  confirmation  page.  I  did not  enter  the confirmation  code.  Then  I  logged  out.  But  when  I  tried sign-in  again, I  also  skipped  the  add  bank  option.  I  cant  sign  in.  It says  that  my email  is  not  registered  bla  bla  bla.

So  i  tried  to  register  again  using  the  same  email paypal@hotelpilipinas.com then I made  the  confirmation.  Now  I  was  trying  to  add  bank  but I  can't. Look,  I  need  this  Paypal  and  bank  account  for  business purposes  for our  Online  reservation  system  for  our  hotel.  If  I  can't  have  it,  I  won't  be  able  to  use  your  service.  I  know,  that's  a  loss for  you  too.  If  you  believe  that  the  "old  account"  you  are  saying  is inactive, maybe  it  was  registered  by  mistake  or  unintentional.

I  hope  this  problem  be  fixed  today  so  that  we  can  avail your  service.

Paypal: Thank  you  for  contacting  PayPal. I  made  a  careful  review  and  it  appears  that  there  is  an  account  under a domain  name  @hotelpilipinis.com  which  maybe  related  to  your account.

Arteo Pilar: Whoa!Thank  you  so  much.  Really  a  great  help.  Lucky,  I  kept  the  password. Keep  it  up  guys....

Paypal: You are welcome. We are always happy to hear from our PayPal members. We at PayPal take pride in our service, and it's a pleasure for us to know that you're a satisfied PayPal customer. Wall to (Facebook) Wall Marketing for Investors and Entrepreneurs

If you're looking to expand your business by marketing on Facebook, you're not alone. Social Media
Marketing is a great way to reach more potential clients with minimal effort and expense. There's definitely a right way and a wrong way to go about it though, and unfortunately most people get this horribly wrong. They're using a sledgehammer when they should be using a gentle nudge. Get this wrong and you're going to alienate your potential clients before you ever get your foot in the door.

When you make the decision to market your business on Facebook, you need to be aware of one crucial point: people are on Facebook to connect with other people. It's a social experience. Your audience wants to connect with you -- you just have to make sure you're not driving them away. Unfortunately, many people think that “connecting” with their audience means spamming them with blatant advertisements about their business. This is a great way to ruin your social reputation and sink your Facebook marketing efforts in record time.

So, how do you connect with your audience without alienating them? The answer is this: making effective use of wall posts.

To get the most out of your marketing efforts using wall posts you need to keep in mind that there are two different types of wall posts. First, your own wall posts. These show up on your profile and will also appear in the news feed of all of your friends, keeping them informed of what you're up to. These are the posts you will be using the vast majority of the time to market your business.

The second type of wall post is posting on your friend's wall. While it may be tempting to post about your business on your friend's wall, this is generally a bad idea. Think of your friend's wall as their personal space. Posting blatant advertisements on their wall is like throwing a brick through their window with your business card. Don't do it. This is where most businesses get Facebook marketing wrong. The only exception to this rule is posting a friendly message to their wall after they've added you to their friend's list. This is a great way to show that you are genuine and to start building trust with your audience. Commenting on their wall posts is also an effective way to establish a connection with your list.

Now that the differences are clear, let's focus on how to maximize your marketing results using your own wall posts. First, the ground work. If you have a personal Facebook account, don't use that for your marketing efforts. While pictures of your niece's birthday are cute, you don't want them mixed in with your business wall posts. Setup a separate account specifically for your business marketing. This allows you to keep your wall posts on topic. Make sure you set your wall's privacy setting based on your needs. The Facebook business pages are for organizations, businesses, authors, celebrities, movie stars and bands to showcase their talent, products and services in an official, public manner to those who choose to connect with them.

Second, since your wall posts are going to be seen by your target audience, make sure you're presenting the right image with your profile photo. A great headshot with a personable smile will go a long way towards connecting with your audience. You should also take the time to fill out your entire profile, explaining what you do in a friendly and conversational manner.  Don't turn your profile into a sales pitch. Remember, Facebook is about relationship marketing. You want to establish trust with your audience first. Once you've done that, it's much easier to turn them into buyers.

Now that you have a solid foundation for your marketing efforts using wall posts, it's time to focus on the content. Always remember to stay on topic and be informative. Not only do you want to connect with you audience but you want to be seen as an authority figure. A great way to do this is to post tips about your business based on your experience. Better yet, reference current events in your posts and pose questions to your audience. For example, “How big an impact do you think the BP oil spill is going to have on real estate in the Gulf?” This is a great way to encourage your audience to interact with you and to pay attention to what you have to say.

Another great way to market your business is through the use of videos in your wall posts. People love to watch videos. Video posts will also be more visible in your audience's news feeds because they will appear with a thumbnail. Your audience will be able to play the video directly from their profile without even leaving Facebook. Content wise your video can be a simple informative slide show or maybe a property walkthrough with a call to action at the end of the video to join your mailing list or to contact you. This is an extremely effective way of getting your audience into your sales funnel without alienating them by using a hard sell.

Remember, marketing on Facebook is all about relationship building. Use your wall posts to establish yourself as a trusted authority figure by sharing valuable, relevant information and you'll soon be converting your audience into red hot leads. How Did I Start Blogging.

No comments:
The year was 2007 when I signed up for an account here at blogger.com. I was a newbie then. I have read posting that I can make money online through blogs. How did they do that? I was really very curious that time.

I created this blog site to give tips to everyone how I did it. Right now, 40% of my earnings comes from the world wide web. And I am doing this part-time. It was my curiosity that brings me here. I learned from the internet, I earned from the internet. It seems like Newton's Law of Motion that every action force has an equal and opposite reaction force.

So how did I start blogging? I am not a writer, don't even read pocket books. I admit it, I am a lousy writer with no idea what to write .- I have read chapter one of "Noli Me Tangere", and chapter two of "El Filibusterismo". I have read a summary of "Without Seeing the Dawn". I remembered my sister. She is a Harry Potter fanatic. She had bought the books of Harry Potter. I really don't know how many part is it right now.- The things that I hate when it comes to reading is the long descriptions of the characters and even the events.

So how did I start blogging? I blog other peoples content. Yep, sure it is. I read other people's blog and I am getting educated with it. As I read it, my brain seems to formulae my own idea about the subject. Offcourse, it doesn't happen overnight. And when that idea comes to life in your head, your writing skills won't matter (we are not talking wrong speeling here, huh!). How many blogs do you read in a day?
